There isn't enough words to describe my experience with Gina Johnson. I had no intentions of buying this property at first, but I wanted to keep it in the family of my dear friend. I contacted my friends daughter and she gave me Gina's name and number. Gina knew exactly what I was going through and was right there the whole way. I live in Washington so there were plenty of phone calls and emails. When we finally came up with a game plan, she got me in touch with the finance people to help me get the loan that I needed and boy was that a headache, but we did it. When I finally made it down to Hemet, she met me and we walked around the property because my friend did a lot of updates that I needed to know. This lady is the most professional person I have ever came across. I would highly recommend her.

Gina was extremely easy to wrk with and very understanding when it came to sensitive topics with the sake of my mom’s home. She helped me with many details and decisions that I was t sure which way to go she offered advice and direction for me. She gave me pointers on my search and not try to me on housing prices that I was not looking for like a car salesman. She has very good follow up on things I asked for and kept me informed every step of the way. Gina was easy to work with and if I ever decide to sell I would use her.

Gina was an expert. She took a situation that was incredibly difficult for us and streamlined it. A big concern of ours was distance since we didn’t live close to the property we were selling, but Gina took care of everything! She also made sure that the deal was fair. There are other realtors that are underselling homes which are pushing down the price of the surrounding homes. We couldn’t be more thrilled to work with her.

I was super impressed how quickly she always responded to phone calls, and texts. That hardly ever happens in this day and age! Gina and her team did a fantastic job selling our family's home. It was on a corner lot, not easy to sell. Most agents hold a few open houses and then sort of give up forcing you to lower and lower the price. She stayed on top of the home selling process even during the down market. The home was unoccupied so needed some repairs here and there during the period as well. As a remote owner it was important someone keep an eye on the home. She made recommendations and even supported on-site visits from repair teams, so made my job as a remote non-local seller very easy. Highly recommend for any home.
