Gina and her team did a fantastic job selling our family's home. It was on a corner lot, not easy to sell. Most agents hold a few open houses and then sort of give up forcing you to lower and lower the price. She stayed on top of the home selling process even during the down market. The home was unoccupied so needed some repairs here and there during the period as well. As a remote owner it was important someone keep an eye on the home. She made recommendations and even supported on-site visits from repair teams, so made my job as a remote non-local seller very easy. Highly recommend for any home.
