Gina Johnson is very knowledgeable at her job. She knows every aspect of it. She’s professional and she’s courteous but she’s also warm and friendly like an extended family member if you want your house to be sold and you want it done right call Gina. She is outstanding.!!
From our first meeting to our final phone call Gina was very easy to communicate with and her knowledge and advice was very reliable and relevant. Gina was recommended to me by friends and I would highly recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Gina.
Gina was instrumental in helping my wife and I finally sell a property that my parents had made several attempts at selling over the many years they owned it. Her communication and inventiveness made the sale possible, and both the buyer and ourselves are pleased with just how well this all turned out. For anyone considering the purchase or sale of a property in the area Gina covers, you must at least consider allowing her to represent your interests when making any serious land/home buying decision.
Gina was very professional and super helpful. There were many steps to this sale since the owner was unable to be involved. I was the Power of Attorney. I would definitely refer her.
After calling two other realtors that never returned my call, I called Gina and she responded immediately. Very knowledgeable in the area and industry. Gina is very professional and nice. I would highly recommend to my friends and family if they ever need a realtor call Gina.
When working with Gina Johnson I was bombarded with professional expertise. She went above my expectations of knowledge & insight of many aspects of my purchase & the process.
I found Gina very friendly, and professional. She was very very helpful and filling out all 100 or so pages of papers as I was in Mexico at the time. I wish her the best and maybe see her again.
Gina was very knowledgeable about the area and demographics that we were selling in. She had a good understanding of this particular market and what we could expect. She kept us updated and informed of the process. She is a very nice person and knows how to calm her clients in times of stress. We will definitely steer potential clients in her direction.
