Gina represented me in the purchase and 2 years later in the sale of my Mountain Shadows lot. She is extremely knowledgeable and took care of all the problems when I purchased the lot. She is very professional and kept me informed regularly. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs. She is the best!

Congratulations on all your sales. True hard work. Gina is awesome. Takes a true interest in her clients. Gina makes our crazy simple. Gina does all the stressing so we don't have to. Definitely goes above and beyond. Thank you!! #1

If I could give Gina a six out if five I would! Professionally, she provided service that was beyond expectations! We have dealt with other real estate agents, but never had any of them go to the extremes that Gina did to help us with our sale. Not only is she a wonderful agent, but she is also a wonderful person, taking into consideration our special circumstances. I can't say enough positive things about this outstanding agent and person. I highly recommend her!!!!

She was amazing, im glad I ended up with Gina. She is very knowledgeable about Real estate, kind and patient.

My experience working with Gina was very good. Although I did not live near the property, the communications with Gina helped get the transaction closed as she was well aware of crucial time frames for submitting documents and communicated to me about what needed doing, for my part. Her "helper" helped me comply with the buyer's requests, again, so we could close the deal. Gina has many listings in the area where the home is located, so her knowledge of market conditions is superior.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Gina on the sale of my mother’s home. She has an impressive knowledge of the local market and does her homework to ensure your property is positioned for the best possible sale. Gina’s responsiveness is unmatched—she answers calls and questions promptly, and her communication far exceeded my expectations. We have a few more properties to sell in the near future, and without hesitation, we’ll be calling Gina again!
