You have to set up your house, when they come in to take pictures, they put little decorations up to help you sell your Home. She’s very helpful giving you advice on what you should do and do not, so you can sell your home fast.

I had a house for rent and didn't know how to find qualified renters. I contacted Gina and within 1 week I had a renter. Gina took great care in qualifying them and taking care of the lease agreement. She was very professional and if I ever decide to sell the rental I will be calling Gina.
