Gina came referred to me by a family member that has worked with Gina for over 10+ years. I already knew I would be in good hands. She helped me sell my Tracy, CA for top dollar and very efficiently. After getting engaged my fiancé and I were looking for our “first home” as a couple and at probably in a very difficult buyer’s market. Homes in Livermore were going 100-200K over asking with 5-10 offers in days. Gina got us into a home (tenant occupied) that was the same floorplan of another home just a block away. We had only 1 other competitor and her encouragement of a letter and presenting a clean offer won the heart of the seller. Halfway through the escrow after tenant move out we discovered mold that was hidden behind their belongings. Gina got a Mold Remediation guy within 24 hours, had her own personal handyman remove carpet and prep it with a days’ notice. On repairs, she was able to negotiate a 16K credit! This was unheard of in March 2022 where “As-is” sales were the norm. Overall we got a great home on a corner lot and will have it for our next chapter.
