Gillian is wonderful to work with. She has excellent communication, works quickly, and works for the best interests of the customer. Gillian is by far the best Real Estate agent I have ever worked with!!!

She made herself available last minute. I never felt pressured by her to make a quick decision. I loved that she always said to pray on it. Gillian found this property and thought it would be great for us and explained all the benefits. We decided she was right and signed a contract and put down earnest money. We got, what I believe to be, a horrible appraisal on the property and thought it might end the purchase. But, Gillian worked hard and talked to the sellers agent, the lenders and tried to reason with the appraiser by finding more comps for the property. We ended up getting another appraisal and she was right, it come in better than we expected and made our down payment lower than expected. She never lost faith and did a great job closing the deal!

I could not brag enough on Gillian and Wendell Gooch! They are not only extremely knowledgeable in what they do but you can tell how passionate they are about their job. From researching homes in the areas we desired, to touring multiple homes and putting in an offer on our home, they were there every step of the way to guide us. As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have had a better experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the future.
