Gillian found this property and thought it would be great for us and explained all the benefits. We decided she was right and signed a contract and put down earnest money. We got, what I believe to be, a horrible appraisal on the property and thought it might end the purchase. But, Gillian worked hard and talked to the sellers agent, the lenders and tried to reason with the appraiser by finding more comps for the property. We ended up getting another appraisal and she was right, it come in better than we expected and made our down payment lower than expected. She never lost faith and did a great job closing the deal!
