Recently, Giles Weisenberger helped me sell one home and buy another. As you can imagine, the timing and complications of doing that can be significant but Giles handled it all with grace and skill. We navigated multiple lenders, insurance agencies, title companies, and agents as well as a contingent offer on the home I wanted to buy, and a lease back for the house I sold. She understood what kind of house I wanted and we found the house I bought on our very first day out looking. I have recommended her to friends who are considering selling their homes. Giles was great and I appreciated the professionalism of all in the Legacy office with whom I came into contact.
