Gianna Daly is a REALTOR® with Living Down South Realty™ and currently serves Northeast Georgia including Hall, Jackson, Barrow, Gwinnett and Athens-Clarke Counties. Living Down South is excited to have Gianna on board who delivers exceptional service and results for her clients and customers. Born in Italy and raised in New York, Gianna majored in Fashion and went on to work in Fashion Production for a New York Clothing Designer. From there, Gianna started to develop a strong passion for Real Estate after she bought her first home at 27 and eventually bought additional investment properties with her husband. After moving to Georgia, Gianna acted on her passion and earned her license as a Real Estate professional out of a desire to help others see the financial benefits of buying versus renting & advising them through the Real Estate transaction process. Today, Gianna enjoys helping anyone looking to buy or sell a Residential, Commercial and Lake Living Lifestyle as well as working with Real Estate Investors. Combining her education and knowledge of the Real Estate market with her experience in understanding the needs of her clients, Gianna is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for the services of a Real Estate sales professional. Gianna is often heard by family, friends and colleagues around the office saying, “I got a great price on that!” Gianna and her husband have two amazing children and collectively, the entire family enjoys taking care of their German Shepherd mix dog, rescued from the Humane Society. When not serving her Real Estate clients, Gianna is actively volunteering with her Catholic church. Gianna and her children volunteer at food banks and women’s shelters whenever an opportunity comes up. In her free time, Gianna loves to cook, read, work on puzzles, travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Very knowledgeable agent!

Gianna is a very patient agent who listened to us and helped navigated us through some minor setbacks, until we found just the right house to meet our needs. She walked us through all the steps needed to close the deal and when we were done she celebrated with us!
