I contacted Ghassan at Timani Real Estate in early February after a recommendation from a family member. I was selling my mother's house as she had to move into Assisted Living. Ghassan and I met and he was thoroughly prepared with a market analysis for the neighborhood. He identified that the roof would need replaced and had a roofer on site that afternoon to help me work with the insurance company. He quickly and smoothly completed all the paperwork to get the house on the Market by the next week. We sold the house after one day of showings, with Ghassan working with the other real estate agents throughout to ensure we got the best offers. The House closed on March 9th.
