My husband and I were purchasing a home in Cape Cod from another state. Our agent, Nancy Turgeon did an excellent job informing us about all the towns in our area of interest. She was great about taking us on virtual video walk thru's of homes we were interested in. She has great enthusiasm for the Cape and it was insightful to hear her thoughts on each of the homes we toured virtually. Having her there in the real physical space really helped us. She helped us navigate multiple offers until one of our offers was accepted. Then she assisted us in doing our due diligence, the inspection and closing.
