Gerard DePace

I have bought a few houses since 1976! I have to say Gerard DePace is the best by Far! He goes above and beyond. He truly listens and does his utmost to find what you are looking for and really negotiates for you. He even goes beyond that, watching out for his clients and helping you with information on the area. He was such a blessing to have as a realtor during this difficult move, leaving a county I had lived in since the 70s and looking out for me with things I might have missed. Gerard told me where I need to be price wise with my house without giving it away. And my house wasn’t on the market that long four days and it was sold. I like the fact that he was very honest. If I ever sold another house again, Gerard would be my agent.

Gerard is extremely outgoing,knowledgeable,and has a tremendous work ethic. He always kept me updated on anything pertaining to selling the house even when he was on vacation ,on a cruise!
