She always responds quickly to questions and makes herself available when you are. She is always honest, friendly and gives you information on homes, areas, insurance, loans and anything else you need to buy a home. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.

Gayla is a DREAM COME TRUE. She is everything you could ask for in a realtor. Not only does she go out of her way to make herself available to you, but she is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly seems to care about placing her clients/prospective clients in a home best suited for him/her. I reached out to (and had been contacted by) many realtors, but I didn't have much luck. It was a pleasant surprise when Gayla reached out to me on a Saturday afternoon and was able to meet me the same day. The instant I met her, I just knew she was the realtor for me. I never felt pressured and only felt 100% comfortable and confident in her hands. I highly recommend Gayla and would be thrilled to work with her in the future.

We were first time home buyers, who had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Gayla made the whole process feel effortless. She was very patient and answered any questions we had. We had a tight budget and a very specific area we wanted to be in (which can be tricky). Gayla helped us find the perfect home, which met all of our critera! From start to finish Gayla was very professional and knowledgeable to our wants and needs.I felt that we were asking a lot from her as we wanted to purchase property and some of the properties were 6' tall of vegetation or totally wooded. This did not stop her from walking the properties with us to answer any questions we may have had.Towards the end of closing me and my wife had to go out of town and there were still some items that needed to be done to close. Gayla told us not to worry and she would take care of it , we closed on time.What a blessing.I would recommend Gayla to anyone in the market of buying or selling a house or property.We will definitely use Gayla again for all our future real estate needs.Our daughter also used Gayla to purchase a beautiful home and had a flawless experience
