Garry was amazing and the best experience we could have asked for. We first used his services to buy our first family home. He went above and beyond to find us the homes that matched our descriptions. He was very knowledgeable about the details of the homes and was very unbiased about his opinions and information when we asked him. He didn't pressure us to buy until it was the home we wanted. We toured easily over 20 homes with Garry and he never once seemed bothered by our indecisiveness. Secondly we used Garry to sell our home when we had to move out of state for a job. He was very helpful in getting us prepared for showings giving us advice to ensure our home was in tip top shape. He hired an amazing photographer to our home photos and we had a buyer in one showing with a very competitive offer that Garry helped ensure we got the most out of it. I would definitely recommend Garry to anyone buying or selling as he was amazing and courteous beyond our expectations!
