He went above and beyond to find us the homes that matched our descriptions. He was very knowledgeable about the details of the homes and was very unbiased about his opinions and information when we asked him. He didn't pressure us to buy until it was the home we wanted. We toured easily over 20 homes with Garry and he never once seemed bothered by our indecisiveness. Secondly we used Garry to sell our home when we had to move out of state for a job. He was very helpful in getting us prepared for showings giving us advice to ensure our home was in tip top shape. He hired an amazing photographer to our home photos and we had a buyer in one showing with a very competitive offer that Garry helped ensure we got the most out of it. Garry was the best decision we could have made to assist us in our home buying process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and absolutely had our best interest in mind every step of the way. Our home buying journey was filled with many interesting twists and turns, and at every single one Garry was there with incredible insight. His knowledge of the area and the issues that can come up during the buying process allowed us to close on our family's dream home with a completely new roof and septic system in addition to some other minor repairs(and still below the asking price). Gary had sold us our first home in Longmont in the late nineties. He was extremely helpful and patient with us as we cautiously took that first step of home ownership. He then helped with our second home in 2002. We have not moved since, but we have been in contact with him and he with us since. To this day, I feel free to call him with help, questions, concerns about many housing related issues and he seems more than happy to go out of his way to help. I would never recommend anyone else but Gary. Always helpful, always friendly, always available.
