Garrett was an amazing realtor. My wife and I were attempting the (almost) impossible; purchasing a home from out of state while keeping it within our price range, neighborhood wants/needs, and custom home wants/needs. Garrett went out of his way to show us homes (via FaceTime). In fact, I felt bad for him because while we were getting our finances in-order, he was always there without the skip of a beat when he could’ve very easily assumed we weren’t ready to purchase. On top of that, when we finally were ready and had the “perfect home” in mind, he provided expert advice in terms of the offer. Me, being unexperienced, would’ve surely lost the offer had I done this all on my own. Garrett literally predicted the market and I will be honest; I didn’t trust him until I saw it with my own eyes. (Ignorant and confident me). Garrett got my wife and I into our amazing house in our quiet and cozy neighborhood. I’m very thankful and grateful. When it comes to real estate, trust this team!
