Gail was professional throughout the selling process. She knew the answers to most questions and any that she didn't know, she got back to me promptly with the answer. She was on time, was available when needed and never made me uncomfortable with any information she needed to close on time, get docs signed and with my disability, she helped me more than most agents would. She always was polite, kind and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to get the best value for their home. She pointed out the things that could be done to improve the value and the things that I had planned to do that were not necessary.
