I called Gail to inform her I was ready and wanting to sell my house and she scheduled a walk thru right away. She thoroughly went thru the whole property, inside and out, and even used a measuring tape to obtain the square footage of an addition that was not in the public record. After the walk thru, we reviewed compariables that she had already pulled and Gail informed me of what repairs and actions I needed to take prior to listing the property. After her thorough market analysis we agreed on a listing price. After following her directions on actions to be taken, she came over again to review and ensure it was ready for showings. She listed the property and within 72 hours we had numerous offers with multiples above listing price. We closed for 15k more than our asking price. Even from accepting the offer to closing of the sale Gail was very informative and kept me up to date with any current updates and what to expect in the future.
