Our relationship with Gabe began with something as simple as a returned phone call instead of an email inquiry. He was responsive to our questions and gave us a few very positive suggestions prior to our home going on the market 6 months after our initial meeting. He was always responsive, courteous and brutally honest, which we loved! His knowledge and drive during the negotiation process was greatly appreciated and we truly believe we got the best price possible for the sale of our home. ($38000 over list). And Gabe was the driving force behind all of it!

It was such a pleasure to work with Gabe. He had the experience and local knowledge to help us navigate the difficult market conditions in Spring 2021. We were new to the area and he helped us orient ourselves as well. Very considerate, pleasant, responsive. A hard worker who gave us advice in so many ways through the whole process. He provided access and referrals to a very professional team such as inspector and lawyer. Overall a great guy to work with. We had a great experience. Highly recommend.
