Old people need all the help they can get
We are retired Buckeyes who were looking for a vacation condo. Although we have spent many winters in the area we were unfamiliar with the real estate market. Frank was knowledgeable and patient. When we thought we ran out of options Frank found the “one”! Since our closing Frank continues to be a source of knowledge and support. Our search was successful because of Frank Schmitz!
