We have worked with 2 different types of realtors in the span of 10 months. The difference between Frank and our first experience can not be understated. Our first realtor handed us off to one of his sales reps after the first meeting. Frank was with us from start to finish and handled everything we needed, and answered every question himself. There was no middle man, confusion, or delays in communication. He was accessible 24/7 and went out of his way to help out my wife and I. Frank paid for the photographer to take beautiful photos of the home we sold, he created drone footage himself that looked like it was done by a professional, and he even took a cabinet that needed minor repairs to the shop in order to get it fixed ON HIS TIME. He was extremely knowledgeable and put every reservation we had to rest within the first meeting. After being referred to Frank we texted him and received a response within 5 minutes and was able to meet with us the next day. We had bought our house 10 months ago and was worried about losing money on the property. He not only got us everything back but we had enough money to pay for a cross country move and begin furnishing our new home. If you want a personable, reliable , and extremely capable realtor that is not going to hand you off after the first meeting and will be there every step of the way, I highly recommend Frank Carpenter. It was a night and day experience between the two and I will be referring all my friends left in the San Diego area to him for as long as we still know people here.

Frank IS THE BEST! We contacted him three weeks ago to help us sell our house as we are relocating. He met with us the next day, and gave us some tips on how to prepare it for listing. A week later we were listed, and 13 DAYS LATER we were closed! I only wish we could use Frank to buy our next home on the east coast.
