As a first time home buyer, I was referred to Steve by a close friend who worked with him to buy his first home. I was told that Steve was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and would always have my best interests in mind. I went into this process nervous, excited, and with high expectations due to this referral. I'm happy to say that Steve lived up to these expectations and then some. While I was focusing on things like the color of the walls, where we could put furniture, etc, Steve was looking out for the important things like the quality of the home, windows, plumbing, etc. As a certified non-expert on these things, this was a huge help and it was invaluable to have someone I could trust to identify any issues.
