Thanks to Steve Casalenda, the recently completed sale of my home was a smooth and easy experience completely free of any stress. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in explaining all the steps involved in the process from the market analysis, inspection, staging, and ultimate closing. There were a couple of repairs to be made and he had multiple professional contacts that I used who completed the work on time and at reasonable rates. I initially thought that I could sell the house on my own (and thus save a whole bunch of money!) after doing my own analysis and actually having someone who wanted to buy it. I ultimately wasn't comfortable doing it that way since I had never done it before and I would be out of town for 3 months. So I used Steve. Best decision I ever made! Steve had a great plan for the marketing of my home and executed it beautifully. After one weekend of showings, I received multiple offers. That's when his real work started. As the selected offer progressed, it turned out the buyer's financing fell through and Steve had me take a small step back. He contacted the other buyers who had made offers and worked with them to arrange for another attractive offer to be submitted. Steve continued to communicate with me throughout this whole process and worked extremely diligently until the sale was completed.
