Steve's name was given to us by a friend and I would gladly give his name again to anyone either shopping or buying. Coming in as new home buyers we were very "green" and didn't know what would all be required of us. Steve was very patient in his explanations of everything, not discouraging any questions (or repeated questions) and had seemingly endless knowledge. He was very helpful in provided helpful tips on positives or things to watch out for when walking around homes. He called up a contractor for us for an accurate estimate on fixing an electrical issue and referred additional contractors to us post-sale. His friendliness, knowledge, experience and wanting the best for you helped make the whole experience go a lot smoother.
Steve was great to work with. He offered us services (at his expense) that helped us be able to show our house as good as we could. We feel we got top dollar for it because of these services. He was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. We would use him to purchase our next home but we moved across the country.

I cannot say enough about Steve's professional and personal communication. Buying and selling a house can be a nightmare and I've been through a couple. And Steve has been the most awesome of representatives in the real estate business that I've met. Whenever I've had a question, his responses have been quick with answers or information he has researched in detail for me. He always gave insightful suggestions on how to present or speed up the selling process. And always. . .and I mean ALWAYS. . .did he keep one's realistic expectations up front. Sometimes we may not like to hear certain things about our homes or believe our place is the Taj Mahal of the neighborhood, but Steve made sure my place was worthy of respect and what needed to "cheer up" the place to help others see it the same way I did. :-) Best and foremost, he explained things in detail and in layman's terms that even those of us who need to read the "Idiots Book for. . ." can understand. Especially when things involve the aftermath with taxes and other paperwork. Not knowing what laws need to be followed during a sale or what needs to be done prior to closing, etc. was all a blur. Yet, Steve made every step understandable and painless. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have Steve as my agent to sell my house. We contacted Steve in 2011 to sell our home in 2012. After living in a home for 12 years the idea of moving was quite daunting. We ended up having some health problems and it just seemed tou much for us that Spring so we decided to hold off and look at listing in 2013. We received no pressure from Steve and he was fine no matter what our decision was. We did list in th Summer of 2012 and Steve was more than accomodating. There was no question too small, nothing he wouldn't give honest advice on, and he was always ready to answer our calls. We did sell the house and he explained the whole process to follow.
