It was my first time to sell a home and I was rather intimidated before I met with Steve. I was so grateful to have Steve's help and guidance every step of the way. His expertise in real estate and his honest advice put me at ease. Steve brought in a highly experienced staging expert who gave me some excellent recommendations. After following through her recommended improvements, the house was transformed. Most of the feedback from potential buyers were Outstanding. Steve priced the house based on his extensive research and analysis and the price was well received by potential buyers. After receiving an offer, the buyer's inspector found a plumbing issue that needed to be repaired before closing. It was not an easy repair job. I was so glad that Steve connected me with a highly trusted plumber and the repair was done promptly. Shortly before the closing, there was a hiccup on the buyer's end. Steve handled it smoothly and professionally. The closing went through flawlessly. My house was sold within the time frame that I had hoped for and for the price I had expected. Steve's service, honesty, expertise and resourcefulness are second to none. Will definitely hire Steve again and will definitely recommend his service to all my friends and family!

Steve did a very good job negotiating for the price and fixes I wanted. He also took a very tight deadline and made it happen.

I never purchased a house before and I was a little afraid of what to do . Steve was a good communicator. He was also patient. I probably looked at a total of about 10 different houses. My third offer was accepted. That is hard in this current market.

Steve was great from the time we talked to him about selling our home to the day we closed. His style is “no pressure.” Steve keep us up to date with everything that was happening along the way either by phone or email. He answers his phone! No having to leave detailed messages and wait for a return call. Another thing, Steve knows “people”. Something that comes in handy if you need a home stager, ceramic work done, or an overall handyman. Something that meant more to us than all these things; he’s an honest man. You can put your trust in him, which is a nice thing when buying/selling something as important as your home.

I met Steve through mutual friends and family who highly recommended him. I knew he was going to be a good realtor since on the first encounter with him he came to my house on Father's Day, 2015 and I asked him if he wouldn't want to be celebrating with his family and he put me first. I think Steve never sleeps first we had him find us a condo and he called as soon as something became available he would send text messages literally day and night to keep us informed and set up viewing times. After we closed on the condo we contracted to have him sell our house he provided us with estate sale brokers and professional house cleaners names and numbers with which we found to be professional and cost effective. When the house was ready to sell he had showings arranged and our house sold in 2 days for more then asking price. All this while staying in constant contact and offering advice and help throughout the process. A super professional.

We worked with Steve to purchase our first home. He was responsive throughout the process of the purchase and when we went to sell it 4 yrs later he was there again to be of great assistance.
