Just sold my home with Michelle. Couldn’t be happier and more impressed. In this market most homes sell themselves. Easy. We got an offer on the second showing. The hard parts are the negotiation, the inspection and the actual closing. This is where Michelle’s experience earned my respect. Our offer was insultingly low hey we ended up agreeing to a small percentage below ask. The buyers inspector was as unreasonable as his agent but we ended up with a short list of repairs and a fair monetary offset for recoating the roof. As out-of-state sellers, Michelle offered to handle all the repairs with her trusted, able and affordable contractors.
