We put our home up for sale with Michelle just before we moved a thousand miles away. We are in a very tight market of high interest rates as anyone can testify to. Michelle came aboard, assessed the situation and helped us with a course of action. All of this while we were far away. She helped with the selection of movers and the selection and supervision of contractors to do the necessary repairs and maintenance of the independent inspection by potential buyers. Finally, we sold at a very satisfactory price. Plain and simple, it would not have happened without the efforts of Michelle! Bernard and Bernice Malin.

Michelle is was a delight to work with in selling our home. She advertised and promoted our home in an aggressive and affective manner and got our home sold. She is one of the most knowledgeable Realtors I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her for selling or buying ahome

Michelle treated me like I was her only client. She sold me my first AZ residence ten years ago and it was a no brainer to have her as my agent for both selling and buying this time. She kept me informed on almost a daily basis. This includes sending me links re the market and its ups and downs Michelle never put pressure on me to sell at a specific price. She allowed me to make those decisions and supported my choices. Her knowledge of the market and where it was at any moment was exceptional. She was my agent for both selling and buying and that made all the difference. Her personality is upbeat and she took the time to ask as well as answer any concerns I had. We stayed in touch through texts and I knew that I could expect a reply. Phone calls were picked up immediately and if she was working with another client she would text me her availability. When I purchased my first home in AZ ten years ago, she would email me homes tailored to my wants so that when I finally flew in from Wisconsin, I already had the perfect home picked out and was able to complete the offer and sale the same day. I would highly recommend Michelle. She is an asset to Remax and the Green Valley community.

Michelle was wonderful! With only a few days for us to view properties, she was able to make it all work, even setting us up with her teammate when she was not available. We lived halfway across the country and she made sure we were kept in the loop. Even remote closing went smoothly. We highly recommend Michelle Metcalf and her team!

Michelle helped my brother and I sell our parents' home after they had passed away. We were impressed with her saavy regarding all of the different moving parts of the real estate market in Green Valley. She was easy to work with, set up attractive advertisements for the house on many different channels and platforms, got it shown and sold very quickly, and had a range of contacts with service providers to draw upon that helped to secure inexpensively the needed repairs and improvements to complete the sale. Overall, it was great having her as our agent. I would strongly recommend her!

Michelle was knowledge about our neighborhood and prices. She had a good plan for marketing our house but we never implemented it as house sold in 2 days. Closing was smooth with good communication. Very happy with experience.

Michelle and Andy bring a unique set of skills to the Real Estate transaction. They make a formidable Team and it is a full-time career for them. In my humble opinion, Michelle & Andy demonstrate integrity, professionalism, experience, and bottom-line RESULTS. From day 1 we were motivated sellers and they were motivated to market, strategize, and encourage us when the market slowed or we hit a hiccup. They encouraged us and so this is my opportunity to pay it forward by encouraging others not to hesitate to hire this excellent Team.

When it comes to buying or selling a house, Michelle Metcalf is hands down the best realtor and person I’ve ever worked with period! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michelle on three separate occasions and have come to realize her knowledge, communication and professionalism are second to none. Furthermore, and most importantly, she truly cares about her clients. Michelle often went the extra mile to ensure our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Michelle is the best of the best and receives my highest recommendation.

Michelle Metcalf helped us locate and purchase a second home in Green Valley. As we were new to Green Valley, we relied on our agent, Michelle, more than any other home purchase we’ve made. In sports it’s fashionable to say that the best ability is availability, but it’s true in real estate as well. Michelle was available for many showings and she was quick to respond when we had questions during the contract phase as well. Even now that we have closed on our house Michelle is helping us line up contractors to get the house “just right”. It really was a fun experience.

Michelle is an excellent agent and an expert on the GV and surrounding areas. Her advice and guidance on wrapping my parent’s estate was efficient, pragmatic, and shrewd. Her additional support for any logistical needs when managing a house sale (especially for me as I live abroad) was also so easy and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team to anyone needing efficient and insightful, excellent service and support!

Michelle is one of the finest professional real estate state agents I have ever been associated with . Her work ethic and attention to detail is unsurpassed. Communication on a regular basis is very important to a seller. Her communication skills are outstanding. I knew on a regular basis the status of my contract and what I needed to do to enhance my sales position. ReMax is fortunate to have a professional like Michelle representing their organization. She represents what a seller hopes for when selling their property.

I would highly recommend Michelle Metcalf for anyone buying or selling a home. I interviewed several agents before listing my house and Michelle came ready to represent me with comprehensive data for the region, city, and neighborhood. Her initial presentation far surpassed all of the other agents combined. Once engaged, the house was beautifully photographed, brochures were produced, mailers sent out, advertisements were placed in local newspapers and open houses were conducted. All these typical real estate actions were quickly and professionally performed. All subsequent individual showings were scheduled with as little disruption as possible and obvious respect for my family's time. Michelle's sound advice, experience, and negotiation skills were in full display when dealing with offers but her handling of several small repairs with various contractors and the eventual buyer's numerous requests right up until the closing was when Michelle truly earned my admiration. Exceptional service and attention to detail from start to finish that made a major transaction seem easy.
