Michelle is a great realtor to work with. She is knowledgeable, patient, and an advocate for her clients. We had a few requests that Michelle gladly accommodated, such as no sign, no key box, and no open houses. While she did communicate that those requests could slow down the sale of our house, she never complained and worked with us. Throughout the roller coaster ride of potential buyers coming and going, Michelle continuously followed up with the buyers’ realtors and communicated the status of their interest to us. Once the Buyer finally came along, Michelle handled the contract and closing process like a true professional. Michelle worked very hard 3 years ago to find us the perfect home. Because of that we engaged her again to sell our rental. Once again she told us what to do to get the house ready. Michelle was and is very, very friendly and concerned about complications of the sale of the house. We put the very best real estate agent in the Green Valley area to work in putting together a plan that would offer the right price and a fast sale. We had an unusual situation with equity and mortgages (2). She went into negotiations with the lender to lower what was owed on the 2nd mortgage and was able to keep us from having to pay to close the deal as we did not have the funds to do so. When it comes to realtors, Michelle Metcalf is a dream come true. I tried another realtor, but it didn’t work out. I found Michelle to be very understanding and she will work with you and your needs. She will suggest a game plan that could help your achieve your goals as soon as possible. She is also exceedingly knowledgeable in her profession. When we went to view a home, she would not hover over us, but would be close at hand to answer any question we might have. If she didn’t know the answer, she would do everything she could to get the answer expeditiously. She is not pushy, trying to do something that is not in YOUR best interest.
