If you're looking to buy or sell don't hesitate to contact Michelle Metcalf. She's given me outstanding service with a wealth of knowledge in the current real estate market. She's always prepared, immediately responds to any questions or concerns you might have, and goes above and beyond for her clients. My home was listed and sold within days. It's clear she truly loves what she does. This review will only allow 5 stars, but I'm giving her 500 stars!

Working with Michelle was fabulous. She is smart and kind. She sold our home in one day for over asking price. She also stepped in to help keep things on track even after we left the state. I highly recommend Michelle Metcalf.

Michelle is brilliant. She got more for my house than I dreamed it would bring!!! She knows the market better than most; she does her research and brings a wealth of title company experience to her job. Invaluable! She has a roster of excellent sources she provided me to get the house ready to list. These people are fabulous and made my house into a showplace. I would not have known who to call but Michelle knows all that and way more. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was 100 percent pleased and happy with her handling of the sale of my homw. Very grateful to her.

Michelle is professional, efficient, timely, and caring! She made the purchase of our home seamless from start to finish. She should be your "Go To Realtor"!!

Michelle presented herself in a professional manner. I told her what I was interested in and she showed properties that held my interest. Her knowledge of the area saved me from wasting time.Michelle has a great personality and cares about her clients. She stayed in constant touch and gave me updates regularly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for property in this area.

This is the perfect area for Michelle. She has such a positive attitude that we felt satisfied from the time we signed the listing agreement to the time we closed. We would called Michelle if we had a need for a exceptionally knowledgeable expert.

Nothing is ever perfect. Yet it can come close. I selected Michelle Metcalf randomly from online search. Michelle responded quickly and was knowledgeable about the market. She helped me get the price I wanted for my home. There were a couple of snags that occurred and Michelle helped me navigate them quickly. Michelle also went out of her way to return equipment that I had used and this was outside of her job description.

Michele let me know I had a cash offer the first day. She made my job selling, a breeze. She was knowledgeable and has a great pulse of the market in green valley.

We bought our house in Green Valley site unseen as we lived in Fallbrook, Ca. Michelle took care of everything for us, she hired our inspection, she hired a roofing company to care of some minor repairs, she was always available anytime we had questions. She is both pleasant and professional. We would recommend anyone to hire Michelle for all your realtor needs.

We found Michelle very knowledgeable And was very happy with her service

We contacted several realtors before putting house on market. Michelle was very complimentary on house and furnishings. She suggested selling furnished. Didn't think it was a good idea until talking to her. We sold house second day on market. Michelle handled all concerns that we needed to address. She made selling our house a pleasant experience.

By far the best home buying process I've ever been through! Michelle's knowledge of the market in Green Valley, is fantastic. She kept us in the loop continually during the whole transaction, giving us updates, calling us back promptly when we had questions, or concerns. She is kind, personable, and professional, great follow through, and attention to detail as well. In short, Michelle is the best real estate person I have had the pleasure to work with. She will be our go-to person if we have more transactions in the future!
