Michelle Metcalf left a strong impression 14 years ago while helping me close the purchase of my home. I recently contacted her to sell my home. She did so in a very short time and the result exceeded my expectations. Michelle was exceedingly professional throughout the process. I do not believe another realtor could out perform the effort she made on my behalf. Thank you Michelle!

I recently engaged the services of Michelle Metcalf to assist in the sale of my home in Madera Reserve. Throughout the listing and sale process Michelle was the consummate professional. Her knowledge of the current market conditions and comparative valuations was data based and well presented. Her knowledge of the latest marketing concepts was the most comprehensive of all the agents I interviewed. The marketing plan that she assembled brought immediate results. I had multiple offers on my home within a few days of listing at a price that was higher than I had expected. Her great service continued thorough the inspection process and final closing arrangements. I would rate her overall level of service as truly outstanding and would highly recommend her to anyone contemplating purchase or sale of a home.

We moved from out of state and didn't know the area at all. We found a home on our own, without a realtor, but Michelle became ours quickly. Michelle is very professional, knowledgeable, and helped us through the process where we wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves. If you want someone that is honest, reliable, helpful, professional, and very nice, contact Michelle Metcalf to make the purchase of your home as easy as can be.

With Michelle as our realtor we had a great experience. She was tuned in to our goals and kept the wheels moving with precision through our selling experience. She was connected to current market and had great marketing tools to bring us to a successful sale. We would recommend her for sure with confidence.

Michelle knows her field and works with her clients in a candid but professional way. She works to gather information on the property, buying, and the marketplace and developments, selling. Materials developed for seller properties is first class, well done and attractive. Her approach with clients is friendly and encouraging but not smothering as some realtors tend to do. We would use her services again in a fast minute.

Michelle took over the sale of our house that had lingered on the market for far too long. She came in with all guns blazing and marketed the house to its maximum effectiveness. She helped us see all the little flaws that needed fixing and made sure it all happened. She smoothed over issues with a nosy neighbor and, as a result, the sale went through. She is worth her weight in gold!

What makes Michelle awesome is her extensive knowledge of Greenvalley. She steered us away from many bad properties or over priced property’s . She has a ton of experience also as an agent. She also excels in negotiating the best price. We definitely recommend her.

Michelle worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. She has gone above and beyond to help this snowbird navigate the system. She also hooked me up with people to correct some issues with my house

Michelle Metcalf was a blessing to me. She handled my remote real estate transaction with professionalism and clear communication. I am very grateful she was on my side to help the transaction go smoothly.

Michelle assisted our family in selling 2 condos in Green Valley. She possessed the excellent market knowledge and definitive strategy that was a must for the ever-changing real estate market that occurred this past year. She arrived the first meeting prepared with comps, recommendations, and also an open mind for our personal goals in terms of moving the property. She also has fantastic resources for well priced and strong workmanship for both repairs and property readiness. Along with these strong real estate skills and a background in brokerage, she genuinely cares about her clients and could not be easier or more pleasant with her interactions, as well as your biggest advocate when needed in contract negotiations. Michelle is the whole dedicated package from listing to closing- most highly recommended.
