Friba is a great agent (I wish there was more star to rate her). She is probably the best negotiator I have ever seen, but more importantly, she is very patient, trustworthy, and honest. During the process, she educated me about many aspects of the house. We saw many places together, and as a working professional, she was very flexible with my schedule. She is not pushy and gives you her honest opinion if you ask (even if you like the place). In such a crazy seller market, she used many negotiation tactics to finally close my house (in a prime location of Denver, washpark east) under the asking price, and protect my interest. Her husband, Mo, is also a loan officer and an experienced builder (I got my loan from him).
