We’ve now used Fariba services as an agent twice - both while purchasing. The first time we were still living out of the area and Fariba went above and beyond to visit different homes for sale and video or FaceTime so we would have a better idea. She sought to get to know what both my husband and I were looking for and then made it her mission to find. During both purchases she advised us with her extensive knowledge of real estate, during the negotiation process, and the inspection process. She was there every step of the way. She read every contract/piece of paper that went between us and the sellers and always had our best interest in mind. I’ve worked with two other agents in my life. One was ok, got the job done, but nothing special. The second, despite her reputation, was pushy, dropped the ball with deadlines, did not communicate well, and made the entire process dreadful.
