Fariba did it again!! In this crazy market, when I almost lost my hope to find my favorite house, Fariba did her magic. Not only she got me my favorite house in the best location in Denver, but worked hard with her husband Mo ( as lender) , to close my new house in two weeks!!! I was in my new house right before my post occupancy ended!!! A house with a great view of wash park!! She is a very caring agent and always put her client as priority. Fariba is a great Agent. Not pushy, knowledgeable and very patient. This was my second property (both in prime location in Denver) that I bought with Fariba and will definitely will work with her whenever it comes to Realstate She is an agent that truly protect her clients interests. She is the best negotiator I have ever seen. In this seller market, she managed to get 25K lower than asking price with some negotiation techniques on apprisal (believe me I was afraid that seller doesn’t not agree and I loose my chance but she did it 👏👏). The process was very smooth. Her husband (Mo) is a loan officer and general contractor. He did my loan (competitive rate as myself got some other quotes), Fariba found the house and negotiate the price, the house needs some remodeling and currently Mo is doing the remodeling (again competitive bid as I got bid from other contractors) and now I am just waiting for my dream house thanks to the awesome team of Fariba and Mo
