My partner Drew and I met Everardo by complete chance when we were house hunting on our own. We were on crunch time due to our expiring lease and every house we looked at was just awful. On our way home, we ran into some open house signs and decided to follow them. Once we got there, we met Everardo, he was very nice, polite and gave us the space we needed to make a decision. He knew a lot about the VA loan that we were using and the process that we were in. Drew and I decided we were going to put a bid in on the house we had seen but we were too late!! It sold!! This is when Everardo stepped up and offered his service. He was determined to help us find another home that would be a good fit for our family. He put together a list of houses from our want list and need list, took us around town (all around town lol) until we found the one that we knew we wanted. Unfortunately, the house that we wanted had other bids and I was worried we wouldn't get it. But then that call came ib!! With his help we won! We got the house we wanted and he was able to negotiate the closing costs and did all the paperwork for us. He even negotiated a sooner move in date knowing our lease was going to expire. Everardo is amazing! He will help you find what you're looking for. We're going to buy another house in the next 2 years and we will use him again.
