Evelyn is great at what she does. Within a week of placing our house on market she had multiple showings and did an open house, which resulted in 2 offers. She had our house under contract within the first week. She definitely works hard for her clients and will go out of her way to provide excellent service. We have worked with her multiple times and she continues to impress us. Definitely the best realtor in Gainesville!
