I experienced quite the selling/buying experience through no fault of anyone. Eve remained cool, calm and collected during the entire process. She had the foresight to write in a rental agreement on my purchase so in case something went sideways, I’d have a place to move. Sure enough, things went sideways. Sellers paperwork got stuck in the mail delaying ownership but with the rental agreement in place, my occupancy was only delayed by a few hours verses days. Thanks Eve!
