I am glad that I found Evan. He and his team were professional. I live in another state but I flew to Houston and met Evan in person. My house required a lot of work after my tenants left it in pretty bad shape. Evan recommended me good contractors who made an excellent job at reasonable prices. Evan feels very comfortable with modern digital real estate technology and made very appealing advertising of my house. We had a lot of showings. He also was very helpful to me in answering any related questions and concerns. The closing happened during the outbreak of the COVID-19, but we managed to close the deal. I worked mostly with Laurel from the Compean Group but experienced working with the entire team. The team worked together to be available at all times. Laurel was a wealth of knowledge and a great resource, and on top of that, if she didn't know the answer, Evan was able to provide insight. There were a few hiccups in the process, but Laurel was quick to find out more information from the lender or title company to solve any issues, including one that caused concern for almost moving the closing date back. Luckily we closed right on schedule and I couldn't be happier with my experience working with them and I am so glad to be in my new house.

Evan is always available to answer questions about the buying/selling process- which is a huge stress relief! If we do not have Evan, I don't think we can sell our investment property that quick and with an excellent price. Maybe I can never sell my property without him. He is a very reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, patient, helpfull and professional real estate agent. As i am not in the city of Houston, i cannot arrange/manage any activity of home renovation. He did so much extra works, which exceeds his normal responsibilities. He helped us to find contractors, cleaning agents, even buying appliances to renovate our property. He followed up all progresses and arranged everything. He did an absolutely amazing job. After all these hard work, he sold our property in 2 weeks time with a very good price. Without any hesitation, I will highly recommend Evan to my friends.

Evan was a fantastic realtor. We needed someone who could work with us long distance and it was as if we were right there in Houston. He reviewed our property and told us exactly what needed to be done. He took pictures and handled the listing. He worked with us through thick and thin, staying in constant contact regarding potential buyers, and any issues that came up. He was professional and friendly but also a great negotiator. He knew the market well so we were able to trust him regarding the price. He was very attentive to our needs. After a couple of hiccups with some potential buyers which he handled beautifully, we sold the property for a great price and it went very smoothly.
