This is the second home Evan and his amazing team have sold for me. Presentation, presentation, presentation followed up by follow up, follow up, follow up are the two keys to his success. Both properties were sold within 10 days, and netted me a nice profit. On this past sell, the appraisal came in low, and the deal seemed about dead. Evan worked his magic, and started negotiating and to my surprise the buyer made up most of the difference, and we were able to seal the deal.
