This is the second home Evan and his amazing team have sold for me. Presentation, presentation, presentation followed up by follow up, follow up, follow up are the two keys to his success. Both properties were sold within 10 days, and netted me a nice profit. On this past sell, the appraisal came in low, and the deal seemed about dead. Evan worked his magic, and started negotiating and to my surprise the buyer made up most of the difference, and we were able to seal the deal. The presentation of the home far exceeded my expectations. Pictures are always bright and crips, and taken at the right angles. One of the best in the business 3-D modeling is added as well. As soon as the house hit the market, I was flooded with folks interested. My wife and I have also used him for rental homes, and same quality service provided. It's a hot market, and you can find anyone to be honest to sell a house but to get top dollar go with a pro - go with Evan Compean and his team!!!
