Erin Stopak was recommended to us by a friend and was amazing to work with as agent for our purchase of a first home. As first time home buyers and busy professionals, we faced a daunting learning curve while also handling pressure at work. We were also flexible about neighbourhood and looking into a variety of options (duplex, single home, fixer upper, already renovated). Erin efficiently and patiently organized viewings, listened carefully to reactions, and helped us clarify our preferences while never imposing her own tastes or making us feel hurried in the process. When we did find a home that was perfect for us in a luckily short span of time, she provided excellent information and recommendations to walk us through the various inspections and steps involved, made sure that everything was done correctly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we got the home we wanted at a price that was comfortable for us. Her incredible experience and knowledge of the market (she’s been an agent in New Orleans since the 90s), as well as her close attention to client preferences and need, were key to a successful outcome.
