When we did find a home that was perfect for us in a luckily short span of time, she provided excellent information and recommendations to walk us through the various inspections and steps involved, made sure that everything was done correctly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we got the home we wanted at a price that was comfortable for us. Her incredible experience and knowledge of the market (she’s been an agent in New Orleans since the 90s), as well as her close attention to client preferences and need, were key to a successful outcome. We worked with Erin for over two years to find our condo in the CBD. During that time, she was always patient showed us everything we wanted to see, made suggestions and walked us through some of the potential pitfalls of various condos. When we found the right condo, she became our guide and handled the negotiations, paperwork, and disappointments with some of the banks due to the condo association’s not meeting some banking standards. We eventually paid cash and she was there supporting us - even with suggestions for trusted tradesmen to make the condo our own. Just a great experience.
