During that time, she was always patient showed us everything we wanted to see, made suggestions and walked us through some of the potential pitfalls of various condos. When we found the right condo, she became our guide and handled the negotiations, paperwork, and disappointments with some of the banks due to the condo association’s not meeting some banking standards.
