The headline says it all. Erin did so much more than I could have ever imagined. From finding all the new lighting in the house, spending hours on the perfect color, finishing everything she began, keeping track of her AND my expenses, she constantly surprised me with her imaginative solutions to any problem. We are so grateful to have hired Erin Flemming as our realtor!! Our family had to sell my mother's home because of her failing health. With both my sister and I living outside of the US we were nervous about how we could manage it all. Lucky for us Erin was answer. She came into my mother's old home and within weeks had it looking like a brand new place! Her process was simple, organised and on schedule. The market had dropped suddenly and that week we were one of the only homes to sell! Not only did Erin do a great job but she also went above and beyond with her service to my mother. She visited her whenever she had to explain or work with my mom so that she felt comfortable and informed. I can't say enough about how wonderful Erin is at her job. It was our first experience selling our home and she walked us through the process, explaining all the details every step of the way.
