I highly recommend Erika to you. My wife and I felt like Erika understood what we were looking for and took the time to drive us around from house to house. We purchased our first home in a difficult market for buyers and Erika helped us through every step.

I recently worked with Erika on the sale of a single family home in Englewood. After starting the home sale process with other realtors who I ultimately released due to lack of responsiveness and general location knowledge, I was unsure if I would find a realtor to work with successfully. Erika listed my property and immediately made suggestions that better aligned my house for the right buyer (ie: price change, new pictures, new listing, etc.) leading to a successful contract in just weeks. Once under contract, she was diligent to keep the process moving forward, always alerting me to deadlines, even providing contractor suggestions for inspection-related repairs, allowing us to close earlier than expected. Because I was selling the home from out of state, she dropped by the house to meet contractors and alerted me to any issues needing to be addressed in my absence. I cannot recommend Erika enough, I don't hesitate to endorse her services; I have no doubt that working with her will be a positive experience.

Her acute attention to detail throughout the process was invaluable. I would have preferred a different inspector in the end, based on some electrical issues not uncovered at the time, but hind sight is usually 20/20. A great realtor experience though.
