When Erika came to look at my house for listing. She looked at all the renovations, the area it was located, and the market for that area. I had watched the market for months leading up to this day. After discussions on price. We agreed on how much to list the property for. I thought it was high. We listed on a Sunday, with intentions of showing on the following Saturday. We had 3 calls, 1200 looks, and 80 likes in 2 hours on Sunday! She asked if she could start showing the house that day. I wasn't finished yet, but why not. Through communication and coordination, we showed the house about 8 times in 3 days. By Tuesday night, we had 3 offers. Decided which offer was best for us and went under contract. Very pleased with my experience working with Erika.
Erika did a fantastic job for us. Her knowledge and the research she had done on our home and surrounding area was impressive. She was clear with us about the market, how she would approach selling our home and what we to expect along the way. She kept us informed throughout the process and took time to answer all of our MANY questions. I feel Erika also did a splendid job of working between us and the buyers/agent. There were several questions about our home that needed some detailed answers as well as questions we had for the buyers (about items staying). We had some very minor issues at closing and again Erika did a great job of quickly resolving those. Erika has many qualities but I was most impressed with her communication and ability to resolve issues (the selling home part is a given).

Erika is extremely professional and knowledgeable. You can always count on her to answer your questions, emails and phone calls in a timely manner. There's definitely a lack of procrastination on her end. If something needs to get done or a phone call needs to be made she's on top of it!
