My sister was looking to sell her house and with the smooth experience she had with Erika buying the house, she wanted her to be the person to be her agent to sell it. Eika was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND A TRUE PROFESSIONAL!!! I live out of state and was traveling down there to help move my sister out. Erika took the time to meet us there and help pack. Not only that helped and got crews for maintenance and repairs plus also go back and do detail cleaning on her own time!! We left after packing to come back to my house and Erika made sure that we were always informed on what was going on and knowing that we would not be coming back for closing, made sure the paperwork was smooth and easy for us!! Erika is truly one of a kind, worked with her almost 7 months before finding the right one in this crazy market!!!
