Erika went above and beyond while trying to close on my house! We were buying a house that was part of an estate and the executor of the estate was an attorney that was pulling out all the stops. Yes I over paid but I knew the family that had lived there for many years so I was willing to pay a little more. She was fighting tooth and nail for me and the things I wanted repaired. She even went back multiple times to the house for pictures or to handle things the bank was asking for since I was always out of town due to work. I’ve referred her to friends and family to help with their home buying process.
Erika helped us sell our old home and big our new one. Our house we sold was a little unusual in that it had lower ceilings but than most newer homes. We ran into a bit of an issue with this when we started showing it. It was something that Erika, our lender, the real estate commission and others hadnt ran into before but Erika was great in getting answers to everything, and still getting our house under contract and sold. We had to go through some red tape a few times but she communicated with us the whole time, and made everything as easy as possible for us, and got us the most out of our home. Erika was amazing when it came to buying our new home! We looked off and on for over 2 years trying to find something in a certain school district, price range, etc and once our house went under contract we had even less time to find something. The house we ended up buying I kept going back to. The yard was making my husband hesitant but after seeing it in person and realizing the yard could be changed and made our own, my husband agreed that the house itself and location was perfect! Erika helped us negotiate an offer within less than a day and helped us through a smooth closing. We highly recommend her and will use her again if we ever move!!
Buying a home is a huge, very detailed experience and we were blessed to have Erika as our sidekick!!! Erika has went above and beyond with things that technically wasn't her job and answered all our questions (even the silly ones). I wouldn't have wanted to do it without her and she will always be our go to with real estate transactions!!! Erika was upfront and completely honest for the duration of the process. As a first time home-buyer, I started working with Erika to find a house for myself and 3 kiddos around Fall, 2020. Erika made the whole process of selling our house one of the easiest things we had done. We weren't looking forward to the stress of selling our house and she had taken all of that away Erika was very knowledgeable in the market and stood her ground. We called on Erika to help us with our home search and purchase. We began the journey and after finding what we thought was the right home we found some severe issues in the home inspection. Therefore we backed away and continued our search. On April 1st or 2nd we found our home. We talked it over and made and offer which was accepted that same night. Erika kicked it into gear with our banker and we closed in the house on April 30th. Now some may say that’s good but this was in April 2020 and every bump in the road was met by Erika steering the process to the goal. We are grateful for her professionalism and knowledge. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Erika was very professional as well as personal. I had no idea what I was doing at all.
