From the early stages of working with Erika I was impressed with her level of knowledge about the housing market it gave me the assurance I was looking for when embarking on this new journey. Erika was readily available for home tours and her responsiveness and ability to communicate with other seller agents was incredible. She was always so candid and provided her own perspective on different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision based on what she had already learned about me. Erika helped me figure out the best way to position my offer and what price point to go in, giving me the absolute best chance that the seller would accept my offer over the others. When we encountered obstacles regarding documentation she was patient and worked with me through some tough situations. In summary, her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made the purchase process simple.
