Erik is probably one of the most hardest working people I know. He did a great job in both selling my old house and finding me a new one. Great work ethic. In addition, he is a good listener. Eric was such a great person to work with. He was always accessible and responsive to my wife and my needs. He always made time for us to visit prospective houses and never made it feel like it was a burden. I almost thought that he enjoyed looking at houses as much as we did. After closing on our home, we were met with some challenges from the previous owners. Eric didn’t leave us hanging and took immediately action and communicated with the other party’s realtor and ensured that our “welcome home” experience was an awesome one. I can’t thank him enough for that. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone that wants an elite home buying experience.
